Subjects quickly disconnected when I answered. Probably listening for someone that has a voice of the elderly.

I also just got a call from this number july 30 '17  did not answer and they didn't leave a message.

Called late at night

called this morning and asked for Linda, i said wrong # and he said I might be able to help him, started with the spill of Police belevenont  group

Asked for me by name and then started going on about a law enforcement support group. He said he'd send an envelope and told me the different levels of support. When I said that I would likely be willing to donate and asked if he could just send the envelope and I'd decide from there (obviously so I could research the organization) he said "no problem, we'll just try back later" and hung up.
