Got a recording offering to lower my interest rates. I waited for an operator to get me off their list but got disconnected. I called them back but got the number is not in service message.
My 90 year old father got a call with a recording about the time being almost over for lowered credit card rates, with an option to press "1" to accept or "2" to be removed.
The number called is on the do not call registry both national and state.
We will report this to them, if I can figure out how.
This is the second call that I have answered from this number. The first time I told them I was on the do not call list and after the lady argued that I wasn't, she hung up. This time I asked which credit card they were calling about and where they were calling from and the lady hung up. I have reported this to donotcall.gov
