Who called from 9043501340

I tried to return call this number and it has been disconnected

I received a call from this number on 2/14/2011 and when I called back it said the number or code you are calling is not in service.  What??

I received a call from this number on 11/14/11 and it said City of Jacksonville and an "Officer" left his name for me but when I called back it said disconnected.

The person calling me from this number purported to be an officer but it seems strange to me that a "police officer" would find a need to conceal identity through his telephone number.  When I called the number back the operator stated that the number was disconnected.  Interesting.  The moral decay of our country is speeding all to rapidly into segments of our society developed to protect.
