yea they called and just sat there  say anything. you could hear them breathing. For about 3 minutes then hung up.  Creepy!!

held the phone and said nothing

Said they were from the IRS and it's urgent and I will be arrested if I don't contact them.

They said they were from goverment..    I was picked to get a loan for  $9,000.     The loan would never have to be  payed back..  This is a scam. This is not the goverment..    They call an block number..    Scammer

They called me today around 12 noon.  They let the phone ring one time, then hung up.  Judging from the comments above, this is the scam-of-the-day people...the IRS one day, then the government trying to give me $9,000 the next day.  Or maybe it was the government calling me to offer a loan to pay an overdue tax debt...Hmmmmm...gee, I'll have to think this one over...NOT!!!
