called my cell twice, but I couldn't call it back each time i tried was given busy signal

Received several calls from 904-365-4027; 904-345-3462 and 904-365-4044.  UNWANTED CALLS!

called multiple times from multiple numbers. usually no answer when i answer the call. this time it was from a national society asking for someone. i couldn't hear it and when i turned my tv down it asked for the person again and a mans voice answered it was him and the line disconnected. busy signals when trying to return call
