Who called from 9043955508

I've gotten numerous phone calls from this number and i never answer it ..but this caller always leaves me voice mails and he/she never says anything..it's just a bunch of tapping noises..and its getting kind of creepy..its happened 3 times

I recently received a call from this number (904-395-5508) as well, and they asked for me by name, and wanted to confirm my address.  What gives?  Obviously, I did not give them the correct information.  When I called back, all I got was a tapping noise.

Solicitation call about refinancing your home. Company name not disclosed.

They call and don't say anything . I tried calling number back and not in service what a joke

Calls several times a day and leaves recordings saying "This is Sarah from Northern Services. Please call us back regarding a business matter at 877-469-8580". I called 904-395-5508 back and asked for a do not call and I still receive calls. Who can I report this to? I am pretty sure this is to collect a debt and the calls are harrassing.
