This number keeps calling my home.

I answered on the 2nd ring and they hung up.

(904)400-6584 calls me repetedly and hangs up. how do I block this?

numerous calls, with caller i d we see who's calling and disconnect  or let the answering machine take the call. no message is left,just a nuisance but not a big one. we forget about it.
