Who called from 9044006596

This studip number keeps calling.  Need to find out who it is so I c an visit them and explain what the conseq1uences will be if they don't stop

they called and laughed and seemed to know my name; when I picked up, they hung up.

This number has called my house daily, repeating my name over & over again, then hangs up. Previous weeks maybe months  would see the number on my ans. machine almost every , but never a message.  Curious . Going to call my phone co. today, make a complaint of harrassment.   What the caller is doing may be  Illegal,  perhaps   law enforcement can follow up.
