calls repeatedly, leaves no message

calls different times of day; leaves no message.

Calls my home every afternoon, leaves no message, and doesn't answer phone EVER when I call them back.  I'm on do not call list and have unpublished # and do NOT want this constant calling.

It's the firemen calling for a contribution.  They stopped for awhile but have started up again.

I get calls from this number at all times, Most every day, sometimes more than once.
I  am on the do not call list.
I  don't need these calls, and the hang ups when my answering machine picks up.
I feel if they were legitimate, they would talk.
They atre so annoying!
.Can't something be done about these pests?
