Called and didn't leave a message. Caller ID showed: St. Augustine, FL. I called the number back using a different phone and it is apparently some sort of survey, but I don't know what type.

Scam: I answered the call and a recording responded with, "C-Can you hear me clearly? Todd with GE Home Security". I didn't respond and then the recording repeated the same message, "C-Can you hear me clearly? Todd with GE Home Security".
