They say that the police is going to my home because they have an order to arrest me for tax evasion. They are able to stop the police if I deposit an amount of money, in my case $9,462.50. Doing this I will show the IRS my good intention to solve my case. But I have to do it right now. When I told them I did not have any more time to waste with their scam they hanged up the phone.
THE IRS WILL NOT ARREST YOU WITHOUT A DUE PROCESS OF INVESTIGATION. THEY WILL NOT SEND THE POLICE OR ANYTHING LIKE IT.
I got the same call this morning. They threatening that police will come in 24hrs to arrest me for tax avasion. I will be arrested for 3 days and then need to go to federal court. Please have them arrested for fraudulent calls
These are people who are seriously violated Federal Law. Don't even bother answering. They are either flat out scam artists or they are a collection company.
I work for the FBI's fraud department and we're close to identifying these folks. But it is felony fraud they're committing.
The so called "IRS Officer" called my cell and threatened me that I would get arrested if I don't pay. Since I don't owe any taxes I called him a scam artist and he hang up. So I was curious and I called that number back and found out that there is also a woman in the office and I asked her who this is? Which she answered in broken English that she would be with the IRS. I asked if she was sure and told her that impersonating an IRS officer is a federal offence. Anyway, I just like to see people like this getting thrown into a deep hole. But will the authorities actually get their hands on those weasels? probably not.
