Robo call from Credit Card Monitoring. I'm block !! How is this happening ?

Picked up and there was no answer hung up.

Did not answer but when i called back it said the number was not in service. creepy as hell

Called twice 7 min apart, I missed both of them, but when I called back the number was not inservice.
