Didn't answer. Immediately added to Call Block.  As soon as I see a call from this city on ID, I don't answer and I block it.

Called but didn't leave a message, so it can't be important. Just another spam call from the 904 area code.

Calls my cell 3 times a week its a free trip for 8000,,lol
They do not pay attention to the state and federal no call list

I received a call from this number on 2/20/2017 regarding a free trip to the Bahamas based on the fact I had previously stayed at their resort.  (I never have).  The woman calling was a jabber box and was looking to elicit a "yes" response from me (the conversation was being recorded.)  I played along and gave vague responses to her questions.  After some time, she finally asked if I was over 18.  I said "no" and the line went dead.  I'm 79.  That was my laugh for the day.  Don't mess with us old folks.
