Called didn't answer, called back - 'this number not in service' yeah right.. Typical scum bags...

I just got a call about winning a free cruise and I know I entered to win, but I thought it was with a different company. It was a recording asking me to push a number to talk to someone, but I didn't and hung up. I checked my caller-id app on my phone and it didn't come up as spam and blocked afterward.
