Got a call today from this number from a lady named Michelle from Jacksonville, FL. She said she is calling on behalf of Richie Palmer from Tampa and is interested in buying my home. Wanted to know what it was listed for and if they could come and look at it. After reading these replies, I am now worried about who they are.
ALL THEE DO is call and leave the same message oVER and over again about wanting to know if house is for sale, sometimes they call and leave message somewtime they hang up
THEY ARE INVESTORS wanting to RE LIST HOME OR BUY Your home and try to get you to do a short sale

Got call from this number from lady stating her name was Courtney and she was calling on behalf of her boss Joseph Earls a private buyer - not a realtor. Had questions about my house that is FSBO. Answered questions that were not of a private nature, i.e., how many bedrooms, etc. Told her if Joseph wanted to buy the house to live in I'd be glad to show it. If he wanted to buy it to flip or rent not at all interested.
Got a call from the same number asking the same questions others have listed. Sounds fishy but I did't give them anything they couldn't already get online.
