I got a call from this number and just didn't answer because I didn't recognize it.  About 2 months ago I learned how to block calls on my phone and now it shows up as a missed call on my ID list but my phone never rings.  BTW its my cell phone they call and its always while I am at work.  Sorry I couldn't help you more, but now its documented that they are calling and you are not the only one!
