Google your name and your phone number. Anything like Spokeo that shows up, make them remove the information.  Also here is another way that has managed to give out our information.

Called for another person who used to have this number saying there was a warrant out for that persons arrest. I laughed. Was definitely Asian of some sort.

They are now sending emails stating that a legal action has been taken against me and that i have only one day to pay. of course i ignored the email. Just wanted people to look out for that as well.

also got oone from a adam smith and someone showed it to the PO and he said this is a scam etc he had another officr cal the number and a guy just said hello and he was told we had his IP address and it was reported to the state attorney genral here in fl (Pam Bondi) sthe nerve of sending this in a email and that I would be arrested and must contact them within 49 hours or be arrested and be responsible for court costs.
