Example Walmart: they have sales rep, dept managers, asst manager, store managers etc. If the dept does well, the managers get bonuses. Same thing here, in the insurance business it is called an override.
I posted a resume on Monster.com. Got a message from this number from someone named Trish supposedly interested in my resume. This message has been deleted.
Yeah I got the same message. I think she said about a Sales position in my area. I am looking for an IT position, so I deleted it. She didn't give a company name either.
I just got a call from this Trish lady as well asking me if I can come in for an interview 3/3/09 at 11 am only for some sales position. She's in Florida and I live in F'N Pittsburgh. It's got to be a scam.
