If someone is getting paid for these calls, they continue to call and not say anything or leave a message.

Caller with this number id'ed phoned my landline twice.  As a standard practice I don't answer such calls so I didn't answer.  Probably some scum bag outfit robo calling for active numbers using the election for a cover.
