I was called two days in a row at nearly the same time which works out to about 11 PM (23:00) USA East Coast Time. I do not know the party, nor by my records, I have had no business with, nor have I ever contacted them. Since at this time I am 10 time zones earlier, I tried to call them later and only an auto answer machine with no identity offered on their recording as to who they are or what they purport to do.

I suspect a "selling shill" outfit of some type. Since they obviously want to remain anonymous and of unknown purpose.
