I think this number is being used to scam women on online dating sites. The name being used is Mark Silver. I googled & found these reports:

I got a text message from that number that said that it was from Michael from Match.com. I had no idea who that was and text that back. The person replied "sorry wrong number!" Pretty scary!!

I got calls and txt messages from this number
He claimed he was Michael Lambert and he won a contract with Dustin Payne and needed money for his trip.   And he has a 6 year old daughter named Eva.     User name placidbald882 on match.com.

I received the same call the same daughter wanting me to send him money in the Philippines

this guy goes by Morgan Deschamps now. Same MO.
