Who called from 9044694754

Received a text from them addressing me by name with a link. Visited it in Chrome on the PC and was blocked as a known phishing site.

Also got text from this number addressing me by name with a link to follow. Didn't try the link.

Same here.   it knew my first name... ?  it said
Look Dave hxxp://t.co/ou9IWDzg
(I wrote xx instead of tt so it's not clickable, in case it's something nasty.  
I don't plan on looking at it..)

Got a text from this number  only called me by my stepdaughters name  sent a link about a girl from where i live making money off the internet

I received a TEXT message addressing me by my first name

Saying "Wow R... look at this.. then there was a link to a website."

I just deleted it...but makes me wonder what sort of scam this is and how they got my cell phone and name
