They've called both of my DNC'd phone numbers within a minute of each other, impressive.
(5 million #'s apart from each other). So far no call on my newer cell # which I never put on the DNC list.
From what I gather, these scammers are harvesting CC numbers to scam pretending to be some sort cruise line survey. -

No, the Do Not Call Registry prohibits sales calls. You still may receive political calls, charitable calls, debt collection calls, informational calls, and telephone survey calls.
In addition, companies may still call if you’ve recently done business with the company, or if you’ve given the company written permission to call you. However, if you ask a company not to call you again, it must honor your request. Record the date of your request."

You are entitled to your opinion and I do not appreciate your snide remarks. I know what the DNC says and I know it works. I also know how to stop the illegal calls made by third world people, criminals, scammers and the like. Those people do not follow the DNC list. Yes to file a complaint YOU must provide the information so appropriate actions can be taken. I have supplied a link to the DNC website for your review.
IF you press the # that they want you to OPT OUT OF....DO NOT PRESS !!! This only shows them that the phone is a VALID NUMBER and they will continue to call. Best thing is to buy a phone with Call Block. Someone on another site recommended it and it does work. It blocks up to 250 calls. If you fill it up, there is a # to wipe out those # and start fresh. You can do it one by one if you want. But this works. And now I never hear the phone ring if it's one of those phony calls...
