call # 904-479-3497, came from a VoIP -Florida. Claimed to be "NCA". but when challenged to state the company, and reason for calling, response was "uhhh...Ma'am, des iza law firm!, iz des (XXXOOXX)? i asked his name. (((no response)))... So, he got the "FUButton &Block"... beware, do not give any personal info

I received a robo message telling me dont disregard if you do the only thing to do is to pursue and watch it unfold on you.  I called they would not tell me what it was for I owed but it was $5400.00 and I must give an attorneys name, they would not send me an email, tell me who was trying to collect. they were going to send the lawsuit out and I would have to appear in court, I told her to go ahead, he name was Michelle.  When I called back they kept putting me on hold telling me that they emailed me and they were surprised that I did not know what it was about. when I told her they were a fraud she told me that she was going to file on me right away because I was insulting her job.  I kept calling and asking her if she liked getting called several times per day, each time I was hung up on.  they did say they were from NCA, I could not get them to tell me wher that was or what it stood for. I turned it in to my local DA's office

i got a call yesterday asking for me to put my attorney on. They would not tell me who the lawsuit was by. I work with a debt consolidation company that has lawyers and got them on the call with me. My debt rep gave them the attorney's name they work for and provided the fax number to them to fax the "lawsuit". Again the person would not tell us who the person was filing the lawsuit.  I was trying not to panic, my debt guy told me it was a scam and to ignore their calls. Apparently they keep calling me but blocked my debt guy's number. Its funny because i gave them my attorney and they keep calling me.  My debt guy said dont panic they are not legitimate.

These are scammers.
