I got the same call today with the same details as mentioned by Kaye, lucky that I searched and found this blog. I wonder how they are getting our numbers. Blocked both the numbers now.
Got a call yesterday from 904-274-6115 about a Direct Buy raffle that I don't remember. Hung up on the guy and got a call back from 904-479-6061 today asking if I remembered him... scam of some sort

Caller said he was from "Credit Bureau Experian" Eric x708. wanted me to provide credit card numbers to verify that they had the right information in order to reduce my interest rate on visa and master card. The whole thing sounded unprofessional. The call back number is 904-479-6061
I received a call from 628-232-2095 saying I won a raffle but they didnt know my name or email or any identifying info. Said I needed to go to Deerfield, fl to collect my prize. They called me back from 904-479-6061 to verify my info. I asked them how they had my phone number and said I filled out a raffle in December... I know I did not and if I did they would at least know my name, email etc... They said I needed to scratch a ticket at their office to win either a cruise, a tv, or $25,000 cash. They said I didnt have to pay anything if i won which to me is suspect because why wouldn't I need to pay taxes??? So I let them call me a few times and played along just to find out what the catch was... In the end I found out they are actually a vacation cruise company... "Luxury group" their website - luxuryvacationsinparadise.com. You are not a winner everyone "WINS" a vacation and you have to pay all the fees, taxes, and port fees upfront and get nothing in return... It is a cold call credit card scam do not answer ther call!
