Got call from this number. Didn'r recognize it, but the caller ID said "Tedd E. Bear"

They didn't leave a message.

I've received numerous calls from this number with "Tedd E. Bear" in the ID.  Never left a message and continues to call.

I keep receiving calls from the same name Tedd E. Bear but from a different number - 727-835-0211.  I pick it up but it just clicks off.  What the heck.  It is not a number through our local phone company because I looked it up and it is ported through some phone company I have never heard of...

Numerous hang up calls from this number.  If I call it I get a recording that my number is blocked so I cannot contact anyone to request to be taken off phone list
