I've had a few calls from this number, they never leave a message and there's no information about this caller other than R. Martinez on the caller ID

Got call around the noon hour...generally suspicious....left no message.  Guess out of Jacksonville area somewhere.

It just says Incoming call on my I.D. No message. I could not call it back. The message was I was calling from a phone with calling restrictions or the number I was calling was an incorrect number.
