Apparently they're doing charity work with the Jax Fire department. Donating game tickets or money, wasn't very clear. No introduction at all, and when I politely said "no thank-you" the caller was very rude and hung up on me. When I searched for the number, nothing at all came up in regards to a charity company or the fire department.
