they speak asking for my lawyer, they're sound so in a rush and trying to pressure. do not take care of them, they are not in yellow pages, they aren't in business and anywhere.
Christine Anthony has repeatedly called my home and work phone numbers and proceeded to tell me that I owe a credit card debt. I spoke with an atty over a year ago who advised that statute of limitations on any litigation is 4 years from date of last payment. I told Christine Anthony of this who then laughed and stated I was wrong. I told her I wasn't paying, and then when I called back to get more information about the company, they told me not to call them back again. Such a fraud!!!
This number showed up on my caller ID on 9/25 and a lady ms. blackwell was on the line and stated I needed to take care of a balance due immedialey before she takes me to court.. I told her any debit i have is being paid through a Credit Counseling service, that I don't have anthing else outstanding.. She proceede I guess your Counseling service isnt making your payments.. Funny how all of the sudden that one company doesnt get their payment and that the payment isnt even being mailed to them.. I dont even know these idiots.. I told her I wasnt paying her anything I am paying through my Credit Counseling she said WHATEVER!! Have a Great day!! She didnt even have my right ss# she gave me the last four and they werent right.. I told her Nope not me, are you sure.. UHH yeah it is my ss# not yours!! Dumb idiot!! Well since then today she leaves me a message telling me we made a final decision please call me so we can get your final statement.. Called, she isnt there some guy talks to me, acts RUDE as all get out then he decides hold on.. Comes back on.. This is an attempt to collect a debt this call maybe recored, you understand.. Uhh YEAH!! Guy wouldnt even let me talk.. Kept asking question but wouldnt let me anwser.. Finally I said HOLD ON D@!$ IT AND LISTEN TO ME!!! and he got quite for a min and then he got mad cause i cursed.. he still proceded to talk over me and said.. WE will take care of you.. We will get your attention.. YOu just wait and see.. and he hung up on me.. I called back to talk to a manager or supervisor.. and some guy proceded to tell me he was the partial owner of the company and for me to never call back again!! What a Hoax!!!
They keep calling me and asking for someone I don't know. I guess they're a collection agency because they refuse to stop calling even after I tell them I don't know the person and I am on the Do Not Call list. They say they will call until they reach that person and the Do Not Call list doesn't pertain to them.
