I got a call from a man with a very heavy middle eastern or indian accent. He said he was trying to talk to my son about a criminal activity that he was involved with. He told me that my son should call him immediately or we both would be taken to court. He said his name was "officer John Clarkson" Or "Dodson" I couldn't tell. He said he was with Arrowhead financial. Then he said United Financial. Turns out this is a scam! They are trying to get people to send them money for a bogus loan. Beware!

I just this minute got the same kind of call on my cell phone (which by the way is a new cell phone number that very few people have, including my family) with the same kind of spiel. The number that came up was a strange one (+052527164) so of course I ignored it and then listened to the message. The callback number he left was 904-507-0033, his name is Officer Charlie Jones and that a lawsuite is ebing filed against me and my residential address, etc. I've already gotten two different calls from two different numbers, each time with a different "Officer" and a different call back number. . . they must really step up their calls at the holdiay season. I've filed complaints with the FTC and the FBI for the other numbers. I'll be doing the same with this one. Please don;t fall for it, I almost did.
Sounds like the same guy that cale dme and told me exactly the same thing. This is the 3rd time I have gotten calls of this kind each time the guy saying the same script. the last time he said he would send the police to drag me kicking and screaming into court. I told him I would be waiting. he did not call back for several months until yesterday I got a call with the same script. these people are scam artist who somehow access your information on line and then call and threaten you. I doubt that anyone named officer John Clarkson would be someone who could hardly speak English. SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!!!!
They think people are stupid enough to fall for it. I asked him to send me a copy of the paperwork and the documents her at the lawfirm where i work as a paralegal and he said there were none. i have been in this line of work for 25 years and if there is a lawsuit pending then there is a trail of paper or somekind of information to back it up. he then said he was an attorney and licensed in my state. I asked him what state that was and of course he was wrong. then he said he did not have to be licensed to practice in the state he could just work there. ALL THE WORNG ANSWERS TO ALL THE QUESTIONS. So I hung up on him. he has not called back for several months until yesterday. I refuse to answer his call and will too file whatever complaint I can. but you know that once you file a complaint against low life like that all they do is change the name of their company and get anew phone number to stay one step ahead of the authorities.
I just got a call at work,(actually 3 after I heard the gentleman's voice I knew it was the same guy how had called in Sept/Oct . I knew it was a scam , I hung up and he called back again and I hung up again/he called again I hung up again. He then called my cell andd left a message with this phone number 904-507-0033 , he said that since I didnt seem interested in the legal case file against me, a officer would be coming to my job and I could lose my job or this.
In Sept/Oct,when he called he used 2 different names, but it was the same voice and accent. I told him to leave me alone I knew it was a scam and that I had contacted an attorney and the police.
