Who Is this?

A bill collector.  I called it back but not sure who its from.  I hung up.

They are a saying there a law office collecting  for a hospital. Don't trust them calls we were ripped out of $150 from one of those calls.

They keep calling and will not leave a message

No idea who. I called them back and was put on hold by a robot that kept telling me I was first in line for a representative and that they *needed* to talk to me. I hung up.
