spoke with these people very friendly. its seem fishy at first but once i did some verifying . i call back and they help me take care of it on a penny on a dollar. received exhoration through and and mail. very satisfied..
Call received from the number with automated voice saying the call is about a package that was attempted to be delivered but was returned. Did not give a company name. When I returned the call the man stated it was about a payday loan I didn't pay. Then said actually it was 3 payday loans I did not pay. When I stated all my previous payday loans were paid and wanted written prof of what he was asking for he said he would have to speak to his supervisor. I believe it is a scam trying to collect on previously paid payday loans.
I keep blocking this number but somehow they keep getting through. I sent an automated text from my phone and they even sent me back a text saying I've been served. I don't know who this company is but it's really annoying! Also, I'm on the national do not call register, but somehow these calls keep coming through!
I have received several missed calls from this number. I did answer one call and was told I have been marked as fraud and deceptively acquiring funds, etc, and was transferred to another woman. She gave me a quick run through regarding an unpaid payday loan and that I am being served papers to go to court regarding this. I advised her that I have no knowledge to any of this and asked questions, she breezed through and didn't actually answer anything. I asked for a number to use to return the call as I was on medication and couldn't think straight. This is obviously a scam of some kind.
Jim Mattingly called from Debt Mediation about pending legal action that they had been retained to deal with pending charges. .Said if I had an attorney in my best interest to get them to call him ASAP at 904-508-0148. Passed info on to my attorney.
