Received a call yesterday, this is Total Recovery Solutions (debt collector) out of Kansas they use a local number in your home area code so that you won't know it is them calling.  Wanted to know last 4 of my social i would not give it then she got angry and told me that I had a payday loan and that it was deposited into my bank and I spent the money now I need to pay it back.  I told her first thing I have never done a payday loan and the bank that she stated it was deposited in is not my bank.  She got irate and told me I was lying and that she would just contact my employer and verify information to start garnishment.  I told her good luck with that as I am not responsible for something I did not do.  So I told her that if she continued with this that I would file a lawsuit.  She then hung up on me, she just called me again and I asked her if she was ready for round 2.  She hung up.  Don't admit to anything with these people.
