I didn't answer since no one i don't know has my cell #. They left a robo-message that kept breaking up but said clearly "warrant," "lawyer," and "before you land in jail." If it were a real legal issue, it wouldn't be a robo-call and they would be unlikely to use a colloquial expression like "land in jail"—so I doubt it was legit!
I received a VM from the number so I called back before I listened to the message. He said he was IRS and they were issuing a warrant for Tax Fraud but needed my information to verify the warrant. I asked to get his info first and he gave the name Officer Richard Jackson with the IRS Tax Crime & Investigations and when I asked for his email address he hung up.
