Fourth time today I've answered a call - caller id says external with no number. I've answered, dead air for a few seconds, then hang up. I'm dealing with multiple incoming lines and physical people standing in line, so sick of this. I did *69 and it gave me this number as the last caller. I don't know who they are either, but I certainly hope I find out so I can give them a piece of my mind. Not that that will help, it will prob just make them call more. UUUGGGGG
I don't know who this is but they've called twice (6 months apart); this number is from Florida and we're in WA state. The first time (9/22/14) Caller ID said Unknown Name. When I answered there was a lot of dead air, and then a woman asked for business owner by first name. I hung up. Another call today (3/17/15) and Caller ID said Cust Service. I picked up but didn't say anything and there was nothing but dead air for a full minute. I hung up and blocked.
Customer Service on the ID usually indicates either (1) a small business loan telemarketer, or (2) a merchant service telemarketer. I don't wish to speak to either one.

Have to answer an incoming business line. Sick of the crap like this happening. Working to help a real customer on the phone, this number calls in ring 4 times I pick up, dead space. Go back to the real live customer on the other line and have to put them on hold again because of these butt heads calling and no answer. It's sad when a business has a list of stupid numbers not to answer so we can actually attend to the people that rely on us for assistance. This number has been added to the list. almost as irritating as the robo cruise director who thinks its a good idea to blast the phone with an air horn - I'm sure they get lots of cruises booked that way. Caller company? Caller id says Cust Serv - Call Type: need a scam option. Anything like this type of call is not an "unknown" to me it is a SCAM person - SCAMMING people out of time to deal with the people that really need the help.
