This is a scam. Never call a number that requires you to punch in a special "code." Citibank as well as all credit card collection units will answer the phone. NEVER EVER give personal info to someone you do not know. If you have a question, call the number on the back of your card, NOT a number left on voicemail.

They keep calling looking for Graciela. I tell them wrong number. Its citibank collections. I have no accounts with them. I asked to talk to supervisor they transfer me and hang up.
