This number called my house.  Caller ID displayed "clay county of", which is my county, so I answered.  It was a credit card scam.  it was my "last chance" to do something about my credit card.  The government is supposed to do something about this, but robo scammers are kicking the bureaucrats back side so bad.  The bureaucrats are so inept.
