Was expecting a call from a local merchant so answered this because it was from my area code.  It was "Anna" from "the Health Care Exchange" wanting to refer me to someone to share information about health care options.  I asked for her last name and the company she represents.  She said "the Health Care Exchange" but when I pressed, "no, what company name?" she hung up on me.
