i re.ceived a call from this number saying im gonna have a garnishment for a pay day loan i never got. Which i knew what to do. sopposed to have gotten a loan in 2012 and i know i didnt

I received a call from this number stating that I had gotten a payday loan and never paid it back. They told me unless i paid it back there would be a garnishment against me.

It is a scam....I never took out any loan that I never paid back....and a loan company cannot garnish your wages.

It's a scammer.  How are these thugs allowed to harass and scare people into paying money they don't even owe????
