Semi-interactive robot: I'd "stayed at one of their resorts" so I'd won 75% off a stay in Orlando. (Notice that "she" has absolutely no idea who she's talking to). Passed me to live agent once I'd said "yes" to the filter questions. Apparently no agent available, so got hung up on after a bit.
