First caller was Jack Wolf informing me of an old payday loan that I had not paid. He called for 2 months before I finally answered the call. He told me that I had 1 day to pay for the check which was $300 and then I owed another $300 in collection fees. He threatened to have me arrested and various other things if I did not pay. I (like an idiot) paid the $300 and then they started calling me up to 30 times a day telling me that I still owed the remaining $300. When I refused to pay any more, this was a Mike, he hung up on me. Is there any way to get my money back. At least I gave them a pre-paid visa number and not my bank one.
Called and threatened me regarding an old payday loan. Ended the message with "woe unto you if you do not return my call". "I feel sorry for you if you do not pay thisamt." Calling my job daily, my home and my cell phone. One collectors name was Adam and the others name was Ms. Smith.The original number that was given to me was 904-425-2863. When I called to make a payment that line was disconnected.I was told that I could only pay by credit card or bankcard and that I could not send a money order.
These people are part of the U.S. National Bank Scam, the "Firm Legal Mediation Practice", CNE (Christian, nicholas and associates), H and something...the list goes on. DO NOT BELIEVE ANYTHING THEY TELL YOU, THEY ARE A SCAM!!! I have done hours of research on these people and they are being sued by everyone...part of the Ted Ellis Crosby scam - he had to leave the country, so he began outsourcing to India. I have sent them every cease and desist and debt validation to every address I've found and they continue to call and if you ever speak with them they will tell you ALL kinds of things to get you to send them money. DON"T give them ANY type of info (they CANNOT do anything to you) AGAIN, they are con-artist - and scammers.
I've been getting calls from this guy robert bryant from this phone number. telling me i have to pay on a payday advance or i was going to be arrested. found that kinda funny so i went to where i took out the payday advance and they told me this was a scam. I pretty much already knew that as they this robert guy would not give me any information about his company or send me a bill. i keep calling him back and harrassing him just asking him how he is doing....that kinda thing. He is getting really mad. i'm just going to keep doing it and then ask him how it feels?? ha ha.maybe he will leave us alone after a while. he called here 6 times in 15 minutes one day.

This is Mike representing our Clients who are huge payday loan vendors. We are working according to the guidelines of the FDCPA. So there is no way that someone from my company would have threaten anyone saying that they gonna send cops to pick them up. Its really very panicky when people take loans and does not recall.
