Who called from 9045724054

I am on a do not call list

I keep getting calls from this number but they never answer when I pick up the call.  It is registered to a Fl newpaper.

Just got my third call this morning from this number... It could be the Fl Times Union (Jacksonville FL newspaper, and I'm sure they print papers for other places too) as reported above as they have called me in the past many times too. Either way, it is a VOIP phone number that is listed as high spam.
I don't answer, and whomever is calling from this number hasn't been leaving any message either.
