If you don't recognize the number its either a scam or a telemarketer. Its so much fun to answer the call to screw with them (it only takes a few seconds for them to get real angry or to just hang up) but probably better to not answer and beat them at their own game. These calls will never stop until trac phones and so on are banned. When they call let it ring and have a chuckle.
