Have been calling Bank of America, 1-800-832-1000 and every time I do, we receive an incoming caller ID from various origins. Contacted both my phone provider and Bank of America on this issue. On several occasions, I have called the number back and there is no answer. Very disturbing to see a phone number latched on to my bank every time I contact them. Several other individuals on other sites have indicated that they were experiencing the same issue when contacting Bank of America.
