When calling back it is a british voice that says "Thank you for calling us back, I will connect you to an account manager right away"

Person was asking very personal questions about me and wouldn't say who they were

I'm receiving unwanted calls from that number

This is a bill collection agency telling me I owe money that my insurance company has actually paid a year ago.
I called my insurance company and they will call this number to tell them I don't owe anything to the medical doctor.
