I get phone calls from 904-594-9906 everyday, 2 or 3 times daily.  I don't usually answer but if I do or don't it's always the same, long pause than you hear someone talk to someone else, not to me or my answering machine.  It is so annoying and
I am on a do not call list which seems not to work anymore.
