Who called from 9046063388

They keep calling and don't leave a message.  Once I picked up their call and there was such a delay before anyone spoke, I hung up.

I didn't answer, they didn't leave vm, however, my security program alerted me that it's a sales ad call.

No voicemail. Called today.

This number was the call back number left on voice mail from a ROBO CALL which caller ID indicates originated from 888-512-1695. The offending caller dialed in twice just moments apart, both calls were pushed to voice mail. We do not accept unanticipated calls from 800 numbers or unidentified callers.  The pre-recorded message left consist of nothing more than a call back number, they failed to identify themselves or the nature of their call.
