This company is looking for a Jacqueline J. and keeps calling me. This woman has been racking up debts for years and these people have been bothering me for years! Idiots are either searching the phone book for similar names or the deliquent is giving them my number. I'm thinking of suing them!

Imagine that, you are mad at the people calling when Jaqueline is the one who is associated your telephone number. I got a call from them, and at first I was defensive as anyone would be when a bill collector finds you - I didn't want to accept the situation but verified via sunbiz and florida state business associates that they are legit. Essentially, I have to accept that I created the debt, and now I have to pay it. I'm reading everyone's complaints, and sadly some of the efforts from the agency are shady at best - but then again isn't the manner in which we duck our responsibilities? Come on folks, we can hate the debt collectors but I wouldn't be one - I can avoid them by simply paying my bills. WHICH I will ensure I do in the future. Hate me... it's true. The state of our economy rests on us being responsible people - it's time I man up.
"Ms. Holden" from Keller King and Associates called from the number 904-672-1819. A few weeks ago, another fake company called us asked for our father in law's information. We knew this was a fraud because they both say that my father-in-law wrote down this number as his home phone. He doesn't even know the number... I live here and don't even have the number memorized. (We just have a phone for cable/internet). Don't let them make you feel bad. They aren't legitimate.
the only thing illegal is the money that you used that you didnt pay back. the big question--- would people be calling you if you were legally responsible for money you borrowed,used, and never paid back? you legally STOLE the money and they want to legally RECOVER there money????????
Another moron collector who doesn't know what he's talking about. Debt is a civil matter. Fraud and FDCPA violations are criminal matters. I think we know who the criminals are here. This one took a break from the boiler room to spew a few lies on this board.
