Debt collector who calls late at night and early in the morning regarding Safetouch. I paid for three years of services. Now a bill collector is calling at I owe safetouch money.
These people continue to call after the bill has been taken care of. When I asked for them to contact the company they refused and wanted to go back and forth with me. The lady hung up the phone after saying what she wanted, when I called be and asked for her. A man answered saying he owned the company when I attempted to explain her attitude he went strait to the defense. All it took was a follow-up call to resolve the matter instead they were very rude and unprofessional.
