Have received this call twice.  Caller ID shows "Cindy Cooper" from area code 904.  Since I live in that area code, I answered the first call even though I didn't recognize the name.  Guess what -- its the usual recording from Credit Card Services offering to lower my interest rates.  I hung up. This is a known scam to obtain personal information.  What bothers me is that its constantly changing numbers ended up originating from my town.
